Animal Friends

A calendar illustration designed for KDB Bank in Korea for the year 2018 showcases an engaging theme. Koreans’ everyday life is deeply intertwined with the twelve guardian animal signs, each of which is designated to the birth year of every person. Since the year 2018 corresponds to that of the pig, I thoughtfully created a series of seasonal activities featuring the main character, the pig, along with his lively animal friends. To enhance the warmth of the illustration, I chose to use vibrant colors, which help convey a sense of friendliness and energetic spirit throughout the scenes.
